Products can either be dropped off at our studio or sent via courier. Please make sure the items are well-packaged and clearly labeled. We recommend using insured courier services for valuable items.

Delivery timelines vary based on the project scope, but typically, e-commerce shoots are delivered within 5-7 working days, and creative/model shoots may take 7-10 working days. We’ll inform you of the exact timeline at the time of booking.

Yes. You can request minor changes or revisions within 2 days of delivery. Any requests made after this window may be chargeable based on the work required.

Yes, we do! ReCreative offers complete styling solutions including props, backdrops, and concept planning for creative product shoots. Let us know if you need assistance with styling and we’ll include it in your package.

Yes, you are welcome to be present during the shoot at our studio by prior appointment. If not, we’ll keep you updated with previews and feedback checkpoints digitally.

Absolutely! We offer product videography including reels, teaser videos, how-to videos, and 360-degree spins. It’s perfect for enhancing your brand’s online presence.

Once the shoot is completed, we will notify you for pickup. We recommend collecting your product as soon as possible. ReCreative is not responsible for any product damage or loss beyond 3 days of project completion.
