Shipping and Return Policy

Welcome to ReCreative – your trusted partner in creative product photography and videography. To ensure transparency and a smooth process for our clients, please take a moment to read through our Shipping and Return Policy, along with the terms and conditions that apply to all projects and bookings.

1. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment required before starting the project.

  • Work will only commence once payment has been received and confirmed.


2. Product Shipping & Pickup

  • Clients are responsible for delivering their products to our studio for photography and videography.

  • Once the project is completed, we request clients to pick up their products at the earliest convenience.

  • ReCreative will notify the client via email, WhatsApp, or phone when the work is completed and the product is ready for pickup.

Important: ReCreative will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the product left at the studio beyond a week of project completion.


3. Changes and Revisions

  • After delivery of the final edited product (photos/videos), clients are allowed to request changes or revisions within 2 days.

  • Any change requests made after the 2-day period will incur additional charges, which will be calculated based on the scope of the work and our current rates.
